Eleazar,
23, is from Reynosa, Mexico and moved to Texas with his family at
the age of 13. He attended high school in McAllen, Texas where he
worked in construction until a year and a half ago when he was laid-off.
He is currently a welfare recipient and is enrolled in a welfare to
work program offered by Lockheed Martin.
